ORDERS AND PAYMENT

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you have placed an order. You will immediately get an email or an sms on your registered contact details. If you do not get an email or a sms within 2 hours, kindly contact us through the contact us page on the website. 

How to check the status of my order? 

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email or an sms with tracking details on your order. We normally ship within 1 day of order placement. 

Is there any extra charge for COD?

Yes, we charge a shipping fee of Rs.150 for COD orders.

What should I do if payment fails?
  • Please check if all the entered details are correct and try again

Do COD orders take more time to deliver?

Yes, COD orders take an extra 1-2 days from the normal delivery timeline to deliver. However, we try our best to ship and deliver the order within the estimated delivery date.

Can I modify or request change in address after I have placed the order?

Are there any additional shipping charges?

For prepaid orders we do not charge any shipping charges on any of our products. 

What is the process to return my order?
