COD Policy

We, CUTTLEFISH keep customer satisfaction as the top most priority. Keeping in mind preference of customers to avail COD even for high value orders, we have a very simple policy. 

For customers who wish to avail the COD option, we charge Rs.225 /- extra as COD charges. The customer is required to pay this charge upfront to confirm the order. 

At the time of delivery the customer would have to pay only the product cost since COD charges have already been paid. 

This is done to ensure fast shipping and reduce RTO orders. 

If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, is not available during delivery ( 3 attempts will be made by our delivery partner ), cancels the order after the item has been shipped or has provided wrong address the COD charges will not be refunded. 

In case, the delivery partner is unable to make the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances you can raise a request to reattempt delivery.

GREY JOGGERS FOR MEN

Let’s run you through the thought process behind us making these grey joggers. We knew people liked joggers that are a little sturdy and slightly thick. We ran a survey to find people took to polyester simply because it is cheap and cheap cotton tracks are not of the desired quality. Our research also pointed out people are ready to pay more for something that lasts longer.
Thus, our range of men’s athleisure joggers was born. Designed for utility, made for comfort and made for everybody.
Our biggest complaint from our customers for our good quality joggers was something we are super proud off. Weird right? A brand being proud of a customer complaint.
The complaint was “ I have been using these Joggers for a year and a half, but the rib and the elastic haven’t loosened one bit. This is very surprising considering joggers of well know brands have deterioration in elastic and rib after such use”.
